Knighton Professional Services seeks to raise the standard of independent Optometry, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy in Greater Snohomish County, Washington. Knighton Professional Service supports its subsidiary companies Knight Vision Northwest, PLLC and Speech For Success, PLLC through strategic planning and consultation as well as asset management.

Our Story

Knighton Professional Services began in 2023 with a dedication to support in subsidiary companies Speech For Success and Knight Vision Northwest. What started as a small initiative with Speech for Success—and owners and founders Cynthia E. Knighton C.C.C. SLP and Patrick Knighton Jr, O.D. expanded from one location within Snohomish county to currently three within greater Snohomish county. 

As Speech for Success expanded, we applied our expertise to launch and manage Knight Vision Northwest, an optometry clinic focused on personalized patient care and high-quality service. We provided support across clinical operations and patient experience, establishing the strong foundation necessary for the practice to operate effectively and grow

Today, Knighton Professional Services supports a portfolio of healthcare organizations.
